Summary

The purpose of this bill is to enact the "Correctional Industries Act of 2009" by modernizing the provisions of the Prison-made Goods Act of 1939. The bill also authorizes the creation of the Prison Industries Enhancement Programs provided by Title 18 U.S.C. 1761©.
