Summary
The purpose of this bill is to prohibit the delivery or distribution of illegal drugs to students in and around the schools of the state, which includes drugs that are not listed as a controlled substance as defined in Article 2 of Chapter 60A of the West Virginia Code. Also this bill establishes the offense of delivery of drugs as a criminal offense when taking place on or near a school.
