Summary
The purpose of this bill is to require health insurers that offer maternity service coverage to cover all individuals who are participating in or receiving coverage under a policyholders health insurance plan. The bill changes the current law that excludes contraceptive services for dependents of policyholders if the policy includes a prescription drug plan to cover contraceptive services.
