Summary

The purpose of this bill is to acknowledge that the mental health of higher education students is of paramount importance, and due to a variety of issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic, students are facing substantial mental health challenges. This bill creates a plan to address the crisis by creating a collaboration of resources to ensure that struggling students receive the mental health support services they need.
