Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require facilities providing abortions to obtain parental notification or consent in writing by the parent or by a notarized signature of the parent; and providing a fine on the first offense of ten times the amount of the abortion and upon a subsequent offense closure of the facility for thirty days.
