Senator Takubo moved to amend the amendment on page 2, section 29, line 31, following the words “outcome measures”, by inserting a comma and the words: “and will obtain input from the West Virginia Behavioral Healthcare Providers Association and West Virginia Association of Addiction and Prevention Professionals”.
