Delegate Pushkin moves to amend SB71 HJUD AM #1 on page 2, section 2, line 18, following the semi colon, by inserting the word "or";

And

On page 2, section 2, lines 19 through 22, beginning on line 19, by striking out the semi-colon, inserting a period and striking out the remainder of lines 20 through 22.
