Delegate Phillips moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 29-12-3, line 38, after the word "The", by striking out the words "vice chancellor of health sciences of the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission" and inserting in lieu thereof as follows: "Chancellor for Higher Education ".
