Delegate Capito moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4627 -- H. B. 4627 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §16A-7-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to providing for no more than two licensed laboratories for medical cannabis testing in this state; providing that this limitation shall terminate on January 1, 2025; and prohibiting conspiracy between the two certified laboratories.
