RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly reconfirm the following appointment by the Board of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries pursuant to §§29.1-103 and 29.1-109 of the Code of Virginia:

 

Robert W. Duncan, 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23230, to serve as Director of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries effective February 10, 2008.
