VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia, relating to extending the sunset for the Joint Commission on Health Care. [S 988] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 30-170 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-170. (Expires July 1, 2012) Sunset.

The provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1, 2012 2015.
