SENATE BILL NO. 234
AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE
(Proposed by the Senate Committee on Rules
on February 9, 2018)
(Patrons Prior to Substitute--Senators Hanger and Stuart [SB
337])
A BILL to amend and reenact §30-329 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to Autism Advisory Council; sunset.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §30-329 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§30-329. (Expires July 1, 2018) Sunset.
This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2018 2020.
