Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 3 of Title 33.2 an article numbered 4.1, consisting of a section numbered 33.2-372, as follows:

Article 4.1. Primary, Secondary, and Urban Highway Systems.

§33.2-372. Tolling on highway systems; Planning District 8.

No toll shall be imposed or collected for the use of any primary, secondary, or urban highway in Planning District 8 not tolled as of January 1, 2016.
