HOUSE BILL NO. 2271 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Health, Welfare and Institutions on January 31, 2013) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Orrock) A BILL to require the Department of Social Services to utilize federal adoption bonus payments to support post adoption services .

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  §1. That the Department of Social Services shall utilize all federal adoption bonus payments received by the Commonwealth in a fiscal year to support post adoption services.
