Expands the definition of a limited burial insurance authority to include the authority of a person who is licensed to engage in the practice of funeral service, preneed funeral planning, funeral directing, embalming, or operating a funeral service establishment to solicit applications for life insurance in amounts of $10,000 or less in connection with the funding of a preneed funeral contract.
