Requests the Department of Energy to evaluate the research and expansion of advanced nuclear technologies and advanced reactor projects in the Commonwealth. In conducting its evaluation, the Department of Energy shall develop recommendations and report its progress no later than the first day of the 2024 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
