Summary

Health care data reporting; surgical complications. Requires any physician, regardless of whether he performed the surgical procedure, who treats a patient experiencing complications from an inpatient or outpatient surgical procedure, which occur within 60 days of the performance of the procedure to report to the Board on such complications in accordance with the Board's regulations.
