Summary

Nursing homes; electronic monitoring by patients. Directs the Board of Health to promulgate regulations governing the implementation of voluntary electronic monitoring in the rooms of residents of nursing homes, which shall include existing policies and procedures set forth in the Board's guidelines governing electronic monitoring of nursing home residents' rooms.
