Summary

Real property tax; deferral in City of Richmond. Permits taxpayers in the City of Richmond to defer certain real property taxes if the amount of their real property tax has increased by at least 25% since the date of purchase. The amount of deferral is 95% of such increase. The amount deferred must be paid upon transfer of the property or the owner's death.
