Summary

Property conveyance. Authorizes the conveyance of certain real property in the Town of Lawrenceville owned by the Commonwealth (declared surplus by the Department of Corrections) to Roanoke River Rails-to-Trails, Inc. to maintain and operate a trail for public park purposes. The sale and conveyance shall be approved by the Governor.
