Summary
A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the Indian coal production tax credit. This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to make permanent the tax credit for Indian coal that is produced by the taxpayer at an Indian coal production facility and sold to an unrelated person.
