Summary

Ending Mobile and Broadband Welfare Act of 2015 Prohibits a commercial mobile service or Internet access service provider from receiving universal service support for the provision of such service through the Federal Communications Commission's Lifeline program, which provides discounts on monthly telephone service to qualifying low-income consumers.
