Summary

This resolution expresses support for the establishment of Campus Fire Safety Month. In addition, it encourages schools and municipalities to (1) provide fire safety educational programs to students throughout the school year, and (2) evaluate the level of fire safety being provided in both on- and off-campus student housing and take steps to ensure fire-safe living environments.
