Summary

Division A: Renewal of Import Restrictions Under Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003 - Approves the renewal of certain import restrictions contained in the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003, and deems this resolution a renewal resolution under such Act. Division B: Supplemental Appropriations - Emergency Supplemental Disaster Relief Appropriations Resolution, 2011 - Title I: Department of Agriculture - Makes supplemental appropriations for FY2011 for the following Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs involving disaster relief: (1) the Emergency Conservation Program, (2) the Emergency Forest Restoration Program, and (3) the Emergency Watershed Protection Program. Title II: Department of Commerce - Makes supplemental appropriations to the Department of Commerce for FY2011 for economic development assistance programs involving disaster relief. Title III: Department of Defense - Makes supplemental appropriations to the Department of Defense (DOD) for FY2011 for disaster relief with respect to: (1) the Mississippi River and tributaries, and (2) flood control and coastal emergencies. Title IV: Department of Homeland Security - Makes supplemental appropriations to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for FY2011 for disaster relief. Title V: Department of Housing and Urban Development - Makes supplemental appropriations to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for FY2011 for the Community Development Fund with respect to disaster relief.
