Summary
Requires that medicines and other products procured for the Strategic National Stockpile be produced domestically, unless they contain materials determined to be unavailable in the United States at an acceptable quality and price or otherwise meet specified exceptions. In addition, the Department of Health and Human Services must post a notification on the General Services Administration website within seven days of procuring a product for the stockpile from a foreign source.
