Summary
To amend the Small Business Act to provide for the inclusion of unmarried women in the criteria for awarding a grant to a women's business center. This bill amends the Small Business Act to revise the Small Business Administration's criteria for awarding a grant to a women's business center to include the ability of the applicant to provide training and services to a representative number of unmarried women who are both socially and economically disadvantaged.
