Summary
Cost of Living Act - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to authorize the Commissioner of Social Security to make an adjustment of the percentage increase in OASDI benefits to ensure that such increases are in no case less than the percentage increases in compensation of Members of Congress.
