Summary

Repeal of the Obamacare Bay State Boondoggle Act This bill requires that the Medicare hospital wage index floor for non-rural areas be calculated using state-specific, rather than national, budget neutrality. (The Medicare hospital wage index is used to calculate geographic adjustments to Medicare reimbursements.)
