Summary

To extend the authorization of the Highlands Conservation Act. This bill amends the Highlands Conservation Act to reauthorize through FY2021 financial assistance for land conservation partnership projects in the highlands regions of Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
