BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 365.035, Health and Safety Code, is | ||
amended by adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows: | ||
(b-1) A county other than a county described by Subsection | ||
(b) by order may prohibit the possession of a glass container within | ||
the boundaries of a state-owned riverbed in the county. A person who | ||
violates an order adopted under this subsection commits an offense. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
