R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Ethan Caudillo has ably served his fellow Texans as
  a legislative assistant in the office of State Representative Jim
  Murphy during the 83rd Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Caudillo has
  contributed to the workings of state government firsthand; in
  addition to learning more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained
  valuable experience in the field of public service; a student at
  Texas A&M University, this young man is a real trooper, always
  willing to lend a hand to keep the office running smoothly; he is
  also greatly appreciated for his genial personality, which not only
  makes him a pleasure to work with, but which shields him against the
  numerous good-natured gibes of his office mates; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
  duties as a legislative assistant with skill and dedication, and he
  is indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Ethan Caudillo for his service as a
  legislative assistant in the office of State Representative Jim
  Murphy and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success
  in all his endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Caudillo as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
