R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, For a decade, Carrie J. Quinn has worked tirelessly
  to build a solid educational foundation for the students of Nichols
  Sawmill Elementary School in the Magnolia Independent School
  District; and
         WHEREAS, Currently serving as principal, Mrs. Quinn has been
  an administrator at Nichols Sawmill Elementary School for 10 years,
  and over the course of her exemplary tenure, she has distinguished
  herself through her unwavering dedication to helping her students
  reach their full potential and become engaged and productive
  members of their community; and
         WHEREAS, The daughter of two educators, Mrs. Quinn began her
  career as an elementary school teacher, and she taught several
  primary grades, including fourth grade reading/language arts;
  after attending Texas A&M University, she spent two years in
  Nashville and worked at WSIX radio station on Music Row; in all her
  endeavors, she benefits from the love and support of her husband and
  their two sons; and
         WHEREAS, Nichols Sawmill Elementary School and Magnolia ISD
  have benefited immeasurably from Carrie Quinn's leadership,
  professionalism, and commitment to excellence, and she has earned
  the admiration and appreciation of her colleagues and students;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Carrie J. Quinn for her 10 years of
  service to Nichols Sawmill Elementary School and extend to her
  sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mrs. Quinn as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
