Amend CSHB 4811 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1 between lines 17 and 18, insert the appropriately lettered subdivision and reletter subsequent subdivisions appropriately:

(____)  identify and realize the benefits and efficiencies of fossil fuels as the main source of energy generation for the ERCOT region; or
