Bill Title: As enacted, removes provision for Montgomery County that allowed the county to impose an additional penalty of 20 percent on suits to enforce tax liens for the purpose of defraying the expenses of such suits; places Montgomery County with other counties which impose an additional penalty of 10 percent for such purposes. - Amends TCA Section 67-5-2410.
