Bill Title: As enacted, requires proponent of a suit terminating land use as a cemetery to file notice with the historical commission prior to any hearing on the suit; requires the historical commission to establish a historic cemetery advisory committee. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 11; Title 46, Chapter 4 and Title 46, Chapter 8.
