Bill Title: As enacted, classifies certain types of records received by the department of health or the attorney general and reporter from the recipients or applicants of a certificate of public advantage for a cooperative agreement issued under the Hospital Cooperation Act of 1993 as not subject to disclosure under the public records law. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7 and Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 13.
