Bill Title: As introduced, increases auction deadline for confiscated weapons by a county or municipality from six to nine months and requires a notice of the sale of confiscated weapons to be posted on an official Web site of the county or municipality, if a Web site exists. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3 and Title 39.
