Bill Title: As enacted, provides that venue for the prosecution of the offense of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture is proper in any county in which a drug or chemical used to produce meth or an immediate meth precursor is purchased. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4.
