Bill Title: As introduced, requires that, for the purpose of ad valorem property taxation, the value of certain facilities that extract, purify, dehydrate, or otherwise treat landfill methane be assessed at the same percentage as a qualified pollution control facility. - Amends TCA Title 65, Chapter 28, Part 2 and Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 6.
