Bill Title: As enacted, when delivery by U.S. mail is unsuccessful, permits a municipality to send notice by personal delivery or publication to a property owner to notify the property owner that they are entitled to a hearing regarding the removal of vegetation or debris. - Amends TCA Section 6-54-113.
