Bill Title: As enacted, redefines "nonprofit organization" for purposes of qualifying to have an annual gaming event to include a 501(c)(3) organization that has been in continuous existence in this state for three years and is a dues paying member of a separate 501(c)(3) organization that has been in existence in this state for 10 years. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17.
