Bill Title: As introduced, requires the director of the office of legislative budget analysis to report by the second Tuesday in January to the speakers of each house, the education committees of each house, and the comptroller, if the commissioner of education fails to provide the revised BEP funding formula for the ensuing fiscal year by January 1. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 8; Title 37 and Title 49.
