Bill Title: As enacted, requires the board of medical examiners to give an extension of time within which to successfully complete the United States Medical Licensing Examination to any applicant who is licensed in good standing in at least three other jurisdictions and who meets the other requirements for licensure. - Amends TCA Title 63.
