Bill Title: As introduced, provides for the selection of judges of the court of appeals and court of criminal appeals from intermediate appellate districts to be established by the general assembly, and requires that any intermediate appellate court vacancy occurring after September 1, 2014, come from the intermediate appellate district in which the vacancy occurred. - Amends TCA Title 16 and Title 17.
