Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes a person who is licensed, registered, or certificated to provide emergency medical services in this state and who is required by statute or rule to keep proof of their license, registration, or certification on their person to satisfy that requirement by providing the proof by electronic means. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
