Bill Title: As introduced, requires that a student be automatically suspended if the student is adjudicated delinquent for an act that constitutes a felony if committed by an adult, and is expelled for one year if both the principal and director of schools do not agree to readmit the student. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 34.
