Bill Title: As introduced, penalizes, in the same manner as driving under the influence, the conduct of driving a motor vehicle without sleep for a period in excess of 24 hours; permits trier of fact to infer that if a driver of a motor vehicle falls asleep while driving or drives after no sleep for more than 24 hours, that conduct is reckless for purposes of the offenses of reckless driving and reckless homicide. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 55.
