Bill Title: As introduced, directs the commissioner of finance and administration to submit a waiver request to the federal centers for Medicare and Medicaid services to enable the state to provide medical assistance to the existing TennCare II waiver population and persons with incomes below 138 percent of the federal poverty line by means of a block grant of federal funds. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 56 and Title 71.
