Summary

As introduced, prohibits a licensing board or disciplinary subcommittee from taking any action against a physician's license based solely on the physician's recommendations to a patient regarding treatment for COVID-19 subject to certain conditions; prohibits a pharmacy from blocking or attempting to block a patient's access to COVID-19 treatments in certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 53; Title 63 and Title 68.
