Summary

As introduced, establishes that the final study of medical assistance program and any participating managed care organizations be reported to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and the house, the office of legislative budget analysis and the fiscal review committee on or before April 1 of each year, instead of April 15. - Amends TCA Title 71.
